  • Dry Aged Beef at cut

    At cut we take our dry aging program very SERIOUSLY!  We age Colorado raised organic practiced grass fed grain finished BEEF for 30 to 60 days in our custom dry aging room.  We do tenderloins, ribeyes, bone in ribeyes {prime ribs} and NY strips.

    To say it’s EPIC is an understatement.

  • Special Orders
